Our at-home euthanasia service includes a gentle, unhurried visit in the comfort of your pet’s favourite place, with time for you and your family to say goodbye in your own way. We believe in fair pricing that reflects the professionalism, compassion, and respect your pet deserves at this tender moment.

Before 8:00am or after 5:00pm, weekends, or public holidays – *pending approval*
Pet Removal, Care & Transport Fee
$50
Removal of pet from your home following appointment, humane temporary care and transport to chosen cremation centre.
Deceased Pet Collection Fee (Natural Passing)

Collection of a pet from your home when they have passed naturally, and transport to your chosen cremation centre.
Same-Day / Urgent Booking Fee
$50
Charged for bookings made on the same day (within 12 hr period)
Cancellation Fee
$50
We understand that situations can change quickly. However, due to the time allocated for each visit, cancellations within 12 hours may incur this fee (at our discretion). We appreciate your understanding.
Additional Options:
- Private Cremation: The return of your pet’s ashes in a memorial vessel for you to keep, scatter, or bury. (Additional costs apply with the cremation centre.)
- Group Cremation: Your pet will be cremated alongside other pets. Ashes are not returned, but your pet will be honoured with care.
