PAWS Newcastle: Official Launch

After months of preparation, we’re proud to officially launch PAWS Newcastle (Premiere Animal Wellness Services). We offer compassionate, at-home euthanasia services for pets across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, and Port Stephens.

Our journey to launch took a little longer than planned. We were briefly delayed due to service requirements in Victoria, but that time allowed us to refine the way we deliver care. Every adjustment has helped us ensure that each family we support receives the highest standard of compassion and professionalism.

Our goal is simple: give families the chance to say goodbye to their beloved companions in the comfort of home — with peace, dignity, and care that truly comes from the heart.

About Our Blogs.

Each week, we’ll share thoughtful, educational posts to support pet owners through some of the most difficult moments of pet care. Here’s what to expect:

Educational guidance — how to recognise when it may be time, understand the euthanasia process, and keep your pet comfortable.
Support for families and children — tips for talking about loss, finding grief resources, and including everyone in the process.
Behind-the-scenes updates — as PAWS Newcastle grows, we’ll share news about our new vehicle advertising and resources we’re creating for local pet owners.
Testimonials and stories — from families we’ve supported (always shared with permission), honouring every goodbye.
Community highlights — featuring local veterinary partners and services that share our commitment to gentle, end-of-life care.

We want this space to feel warm, informative, and easy to visit whenever you need reassurance, guidance, or a reminder that you’re not alone.

With care,
