PAWS cared for our beautiful boy Louie with extraordinary compassion. Louie was a cherished family member and the team at PAWS treated him and us with the same love. We all agree that the PAWS Newcastle team was the only light in one of the darkest moments of our lives. PAWS will forever be part of our family’s story and when we speak of that time, it is with warmth, gratitude, and kindness.
